1. Booking & Payment
All sessions require a deposit to secure your date. Full payment terms will be outlined in your booking agreement.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the notice period. Sessions can be rescheduled subject to availability.

3. Copyright & Usage
All images are copyrighted by Flair Studios LTD. Clients receive usage rights for personal or agreed-upon purposes. Commercial or third-party use is not permitted without written consent.

4. Portfolio Use
We may use selected images for portfolio, website, or promotional use unless you request otherwise in writing via the model release form.

5. Turnaround Time
Final image delivery times will be communicated at the time of booking. Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the shoot.

6. Liability
We will take all reasonable care during your session. However, we are not liable for unforeseen events, technical issues, or cancellations due to weather or emergencies.
